Banff to Lake Louise

Banff is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Canada’s first National Park of Canada, established in 1885, this bike trip takes you through a magnificent sub alpine wonderland. The winding mountain road has great views of the Bow River and Castle mountain. Ending at the famous Lake Louise, you’ll have time to walk along the lake side trail or explore the landmark Fairmont Lake Louise hotel with all its history.

Highwood pass

 

The Highwood pass is the highest paved pass in the Canadian Rockies at an elevation of 2350 meters. The beauty of this trips is the gentle downhill grade to Kananaskis village. This 45 Km trip will bring you past beautiful mountains such as Mt. Kidd. Most of the trip is spent with views of the Kananaskis river with stunning blue water.
